Heaven & Hell is a photographic exploration of Los Angeles, a city suspended between dreams and despair. The project captures the duality that defines the city: the magnetic allure of Hollywood’s glamour, sun-drenched boulevards, and cinematic landscapes set against the stark, raw reality of addiction, homelessness, and the growing impact of fentanyl on its most vulnerable communities.
Through a series of contrasting visuals, Heaven and Hell unveils the seductive beauty of LA’s cultural mythos while peeling back the layers to expose the human cost of its promise. Each frame is a dialogue between light and shadow luxury and loss, fantasy and truth. From the glitz of red carpets to the forgotten corners of Skid Row, the work invites viewers to confront the unsettling proximity of paradise and purgatory.
This is not just a documentary—it's a visual narrative about contrasts, contradictions, and the fragile line that separates aspiration from collapse in one of the world’s most iconic cities.
